i have been in the same predicament as you. Worked all over KSA from 1981 to 1991. Because nitro fuel is not available, I would recommend electric planes like I did. If you are new to the hobby, then powered gliders are the best bet. Otherwise, 3D or scale.
I had no problem in bringing in equipment from Pakistan but not as a complete package. Radio was brought in one time and the kit later. The danger of confiscation was always there. So it was the cheapest 4 channel radio.
I know RC flying is being done these days near the diplomatic enclave on Makkah road in Riyadh and also in Jeddah and Dhahran.
Let me find out from a friend who lives there.

thank you friends for your reply & sky Sailor g now nito RC cars are availble & nitro fuel is also available but no RC Planes & i am looking for them since long but i only find a way to contact my own local RC community for this.
& Minhaj g i need help in case i need to buy one!
